2022 CU Pride Fest Sponsorship, Parade, and Fair Registration

As Uniting Pride enters the 13th year of our Parade and Fest, we’re humbled by the way Central Illinois has embraced and supported the LGBTQ+ community.

We were heartbroken when we learned that 2021 was the worst year on record in history with the most anti-LGBTQ+ legislation ever passed in this country. Clearly the need to be OUT and PROUD on the streets of the communities in which we live is still vitally important.

And we thank each and every person, group, business, nonprofit, elected official, faith community, school, government institution, and more for their continued PUBLIC support of our organization and programs. Putting your name on this event matters! It really does make a difference! We see growth every year and we absolutely love welcoming new participants, whether it’s as a Sponsor, a Parade group, or with a booth at the Fair.

We cannot guarantee we can accommodate sign ups after that date has passed!

Parade Registration - $100
Groups of any size, with or without vehicles, are welcome to march in our annual CU Pride Fest Parade! The date is Saturday, October 1st, 2022 and the location will be downtown Urbana. More specific details will go to registered groups closer to the event.

NOTE: We don’t turn anyone away due to financial need. If you need a fee discount or waiver, please email [email protected] and we’ll be happy to arrange that.

Fair Booth Registration - $100
1 Registration provides you with a 10'x10' booth space. If you need a larger space, you may register for as many booth spaces as you need.

You can also add this onto a sponsorship level that doesn't include a booth space.

NOTE: no tables or chairs will be provided with this registration. We will send more information about booth location assignments, check in, loading, and set up/clean up close to the event.

Program Ads - $50-$150
Purchase ad space in our Pride Fest online program, or add it on to another level that doesn't come with ad space.
1/4 page - $50
1/2 page - $100
Full page - $150

Red Sponsor - $250
This sponsorship level includes:
- Your logo and link on webpage
- Your logo and link in online program
- A social media group shout out

Orange Sponsor - $500
This sponsorship level includes everything in the RED level plus:
- Your logo on the event banner and signage at the Fest
- 1/4 page online program booklet ad

Yellow Sponsor - $1000
This sponsorship level includes everything in the RED and ORANGE levels plus:
- 1/2 page online program booklet ad
- Complimentary Fair OR Parade Entry
- Name mention or logo listing in pre-Fest media promotion

Green Sponsor - $2500
This sponsorship level includes everything in the lower levels plus:
- Individual social media shout out
- Full page online program booklet ad
- Complimentary Fair AND Parade Entry
- Event Stage acknowledgments
- 1 placement opportunity in the UP Newsletter at a time of your choosing during the year

Blue Friday Night Event Presenting Sponsor - $2500
This sponsorship level includes everything in the YELLOW level plus:
- Exclusive level - only 1 organization may utilize this sponsorship
- Moment for a representative to speak on the mic at the event
- 6 VIP tickets to sponsored event
- On stage acknowledgements
- Name recognition as Presented By whenever Fri event is promoted
- Table at the event for promo/merch/giveaways

Purple Saturday Night Event Presenting Sponsor - $2500
This sponsorship level includes everything in the YELLOW level plus:
- Exclusive level - only 1 organization may utilize this sponsorship
- Moment for a representative to speak on the mic at the event
- 6 VIP tickets to sponsored event
- On stage acknowledgements
- Name recognition as Presented By whenever Sat event is promoted
- Table at the event for promo/merch/giveaways

Rainbow Sponsor - $5000
This sponsorship level includes everything in the RED through Green levels plus:
- Full Page ad with priority placement at beginning of online program book
- 6 VIP tickets to both the Fri and Sat events
- Priority and larger logo placement on all materials
- 3 placement opportunities in the UP Newsletter at 3 times of your choosing during the year
